Acrylic polymerizing unit engineered in a stainless steel housing. Easy-to-read, precise and reliable control software. The working cycle is performed over two distinct stages: pre-heating and final polymerization, and all parameters of both stages can be adjusted according to requirements. The operating mode at the end of the cycle provides for the resistance to switch off automatically thus being assured of slow fall in temperature which will prevent any thermal shocks to the resin. Option to incorporate a pre-ignition timer. Side cock for quick water outlet.

IMPORTANT : This appliance is not suitable for use on a standard North American 120V electrical circuit. It will operate on a 240V@20Amp (NEMA 6-20R) electrical outlet using an appropriate Schuko CEE7/3 Female to NEMA 6-20R Male conversion. Contact a certified electrician if necessary. We are not responsible for the incompatibility of the appliance.

Alternatively a 3000W step-up transformer can be used instead.

Tips:

• For cooking at 75^oC, we recommend setting the temperature at 81^oC.
• For cooking at 100^oC, we recommend adding 30 minutes to the cooking time.
• For cooking at two temperature levels (75^oC followed by 100^oC), we recommend setting the temperature of the 1st level at 81^oC, then adding 30 minutes to the holding time for level #2.
